What you’ll need 2 fresh mango, cutted and cubed or 2 cups of frozen mango 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut How To Make It In a blender, puree the mango, coconut milk and sugar until smooth. Ingredients 2 cups of black beans, rinsed and drained 2 roasted corn 1 avocado, peeled and chopped 3 clove of garlic, minced ½ red onion, diced 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped ¼ of a jalapeno, diced The juice of one lime 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro Salt and pepper How to make it: Combine everything in a bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
