This is one of my favorite sandwiches! When you are in need of a quick but healthful sandwich, give this one a try .
2 slices of your favorite bread (toasted, if preferred)
1 ripe avocado
Thinly sliced Red Onion
4 slices ripe tomatoes (thin slices)
About 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
Vegenaise or any mayonnaise of your choice
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Put the sandwich together and enjoy this nice and healthy sandwich!!!
